Return Policy
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

To return a product, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date and we will provide you with a return shipping label. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return back to us.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and issue a full refund within 10 business days.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you may only return it for a refund according to our return policy.

Exceptions to the Return and Cancellation Policy
The following products are not eligible for return or cancellation:

• Products that have been opened or used
• Products that are expired or damaged
• Products that are custom-made or personalized
• Some of the spices, herb, food items may not returnable, those items mentioned as non-returnable.
